Job Description & Summary

Responsibilities:


● Assist in formulating talent development solutions for clients in areas related to performance
management and learning & development
● Support clients in shaping their talent development agendas and strategies
● Delivery of different talent development interventions and processes including annual
performance management cycles and training cycles
● Assist in scoping and capturing client requirements and transform them into practical talent
development solutions
● Maintain highest quality levels of services offered to clients
 

Requirements:

● Education: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in a relevant subject such as Human Resources,
Business Administration or Psychology.
● Preferable qualifications: The following qualification(s) are preferable and beneficial for the
candidate to perform the role CIPD, GPHR, SHRM or equivalent is preferred.
● Years of Experience: 4-6 years of relevant experience of working on human capital problems
within a challenging in-house or client facing role
● Experience in talent management, performance management, or learning & development
● Exposure to HR technologies and solutions
● Strong interest and passion for customer service
● Excellent organizational skills, having the ability to prioritize workload whilst being resilient and
being able to cope well under pressure and meeting tight deadlines
● Language Skills: Excellent communication skills (verbal and written) in both Arabic & English
● The ability and willingness to travel (10-20%) within the Middle East and worldwide as needed
