Business Unit Overview

Digital Health is a dynamic team working to shape the future of the Digital healthcare landscape in the Middle
East. We focus on delivering high quality integrated solutions and enhancing our portfolio of services aimed at
responding to the market’s most pressing needs taking into consideration the Digital evolution around in the
Middle east.

Responsibilities:
● Work closely with the team on the different project requirements and proposals.
● Prepare or support in preparing and delivering assignments including day-to-day responsibility to work
on ongoing Digital health projects.
● Work independently and as part of a team with a fast pace and a high energy that will translate into a
high-quality output for the Digital Health team.
● Participate in developing and implementing digital health strategies and satisfying client needs.
Requirements:
● Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Medicine, or a Healthcare-related discipline. Other related
majors are acceptable.
● Minimum 3-8 years of experience preferably within a professional services/ Digital Health Consulting
environment.
● Previous experience within the US and Australia is strongly preferred, willingness to relocate or be
based in Dubai/ Riyadh.
● Excellent organisational skills, having the ability to prioritise workload whilst being resilient and
being able to cope well under pressure and meeting tight deadlines.
● Language Skills: Excellent communication skills (verbal and written). Fluent in English but
multilingual Arabic speaker preferable.
● Ability to think critically and have strong problem-solving skills.
● The ability and willingness to travel within the Middle East and worldwide where the project dictates
(up to 75% of time) required. Strong ability to be flexible and adaptive on a daily basis.
● Strong PowerPoint and Excel skills - preferably advanced skills e.g. modelling required.
● EMR experience and certification; at least 2 cycles of implementation.

Background experience in any of the following areas is required:
● Clinical Informatics, Data Science and Data Governance
● Has been part of a Digital health strategy development team
● Understanding of mobile health and patient experience
● Experience in Healthcare Artificial Intelligence (AI)
● Experience in Digital hospital and transformation, Digital Health Architecture
● Revenue Cycle Management, RCM, experience
● Experience in Advance Radiology Informatics
● Experience in healthcare interoperability and HIE standards
● Experience in Healthcare Robotics process automation
