Consulting Transformation - Senior Associate
Position Consulting Transformation Grade Senior Associate
Location Dubai


Job Purpose
Manage business analysis and project management activities for transformation projects.
Role and key accountabilities:
● Business analysis for transformation projects
o Analysis of current process and proposing improvements
o Analysis of data to arrive at insights
o Analysis of current state in terms of people, processes and tools.
o Conduct benchmark analysis as required for projects
o Define solution approaches and would be state
● Work on the end to end cycle of transformation projects including, initiating, planning, executing,
monitoring/controlling and closing.
● Manage various work streams in a project, collaborate with project stakeholders to ensure all
deliverables are ready in time
● Work on various transformation projects related communication channels like Google site, emails
etc.
● Collaborative with 3rd parties as required for transformation initiatives.
● Prepare project status updates and performance analysis for the projects.
● Support all transformation team activities
Qualifications, experience, skills and competencies
Qualifications and experience
● 5+ years experience in business transformation roles across business analysis and project
management
● Experience in working as a Project Lead or Business Analyst responsible for leading complex
business change/transformation initiatives.
● Ability to have the robust/difficult conversations with business process owners and other
stakeholders
● Ability to motivate and focus people resources where there is no direct reporting relationship.
● Ability to plan for and manage risks in complex projects; and take swift, appropriate and decisive
action to address issues
● Present and communicate clearly, concisely and persuasively through both verbal and written
forms
● Manage multiple work assignments simultaneously alongside multiple or conflicting priorities
● Work efficiently and effectively in a high-pressure working environment
Skills and certifications
● Strong analytical foundations, highly numerate and a problem solving mindset. Must be able to
analyse and interpret complex data to provide useful insights that provide opportunities for
improvement
● Ability to handle ambiguity and move forward with imperfect information and get things done in
a changing environment
● Strong financial, business and commercial acumen with stakeholder engagement and
management skills
● Strong knowledge of software development life cycles is a plus.
● Certifications in business analysis and project management is a plus.
