Managed Services is the delivery and execution business within PwC, providing operational solutions for clients. It brings the best of PwC’s advisory capabilities, our technology expertise and our operational delivery to help clients solve complex problems.

How You’ll Contribute

As a HR Generalist Manager , you’ll work as part of a team of problem solvers, helping to solve complex business issues from strategy to execution.

The HR Delivery Manager is a client-facing leadership role within PwC Managed Services, responsible for designing, delivering, and continuously improving the Managed Services HR Strategy & manage all HR activities for multiple clients, including government entities in KSA. The role requires frequent travel to Riyadh and close collaboration with client stakeholders to ensure high-impact, tailored HR solutions.  

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:  

Daily tasks and delivery expectation  

Talent Acquisition & Onboarding:  

  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment cycle: job postings, sourcing, interviewing, selection, offers, and hiring.  
  • Partner with hiring managers to understand workforce needs and deliver timely staffing solutions.  
  • Conduct onboarding and orientation programs ensuring smooth integration of new hires.  
  • Build a pipeline of qualified candidates through proactive sourcing and networking.  

HR Operations:  

  • Maintain employee records in compliance with company policy and Saudi labor regulations.  
  • Administer leave management, benefits, and HRIS updates. 
  • Ensure compliance with government platforms (GOSI, Qiwa, Mudad, Nitaqat) and support Saudization initiatives.  
  • Assist in drafting, reviewing, and updating HR policies and procedures.  

Employee Relations & Support:  

  • Act as the first point of contact for employee HR inquiries.  
  •  Support performance review processes and employee engagement activities.  
  • Assist with resolving day-to-day HR issues in a professional and confidential manner.  
  • Support HR projects and initiatives as required by management 

What You’ll Bring

  • Strong knowledge of Saudi labor law and HR compliance requirements.  
  • Proven experience in recruitment, onboarding, and HR operations. 
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.  
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.  
  • Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with HR systems/HRIS.  
  • Preferable  
  • involvement in managing performance management, talent development processes 

Years of Experience:  

  • 5-10 years of experience in HR generalist or talent acquisition roles, preferably in Saudi Arabia.  
  • Designations & Certifications  
  • Bachelor's degree in human resources, Business Administration, or related field.

  • Agility to adapt to changing requirements 
  • Language Skills: Proficient in written and spoken English. Arabic is a plus   
  • Travel Requirements: Your flexibility to travel 100% of the time within KSA . This means we may require you to work away from your base office location on a regular basis and frequent overnight stays may be required. Where possible, we will take your preferences into account and strike a balance between meeting your career development/personal needs and those of the business and our clients.
