How You’ll Contribute

 As a Senior Frontend Developer, you’ll work as part of a team of problem solvers, helping to solve complex business issues from strategy to execution. Responsibilities include but are not limited to:  

• Design and develop modern, scalable frontend applications that consume and present Generative AI capabilities through existing backend services. 
• Build intuitive, accessible, and responsive user interfaces for GenAI-driven experiences such as chat interfaces, copilots, and AI-powered dashboards. 
• Integrate frontend components with GenAI backend APIs and SDKs, focusing on data presentation, interaction flows, and user experience. 
• Translate business requirements and UX designs into high-quality frontend solutions that enable effective human–AI interaction. 
• Optimize frontend performance, responsiveness, and usability when interacting with AI-powered services. 
• Implement frontend best practices for state management, error handling, loading states, and AI response rendering. 
• Collaborate closely with UX designers, product owners, and backend/AI teams to ensure seamless end-to-end integration. 
• Ensure frontend applications adhere to enterprise standards for accessibility, security, and responsible AI usage. 
• Review code and mentor junior frontend developers, promoting clean, maintainable, and reusable frontend code. 

What You’ll Bring

Technical Skills 

• Strong proficiency in modern frontend frameworks and libraries (e.g., React, Angular, Vue). 
• Advanced JavaScript/TypeScript, HTML5, and CSS3 skills. 
• Experience integrating frontend applications with APIs, including GenAI-enabled backend services. 
• Solid understanding of frontend architecture, component-based design, and state management. 
• Experience with responsive design, cross-browser compatibility, and accessibility standards. 
• Familiarity with frontend testing frameworks, version control (Git), and CI/CD workflows. 

Soft Skills  

• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to translate complex requirements into intuitive user experiences. 
• Excellent collaboration and communication skills, with experience working in cross-functional, agile teams. 
• Ability to mentor junior developers and contribute positively to team culture. 
• High attention to detail, ownership mindset, and commitment to quality delivery.
