How You’ll Contribute

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES 

Governance & compliance 

  • Develop, maintain and improve the IT Disaster Recovery governance framework.
  • Maintain alignment between DR planning, BIA outputs, application criticality, RTO/RPO expectations, information security requirements and service management controls.

Disaster Recovery program management 

  • Own and coordinate the end-to-end DR lifecycle.
  • Maintain the Master DR Plan, critical application inventory, DR calendar, supplier/contact dependencies and recovery ownership map. 

Testing, assurance & evidence management 

Incident & crisis coordination 

  • Support disaster assessment, escalation and declaration discussions by providing impact, dependency, recovery and readiness information to Technology leadership. 

Reporting & stakeholder management

Training & awareness 

What You’ll Bring

  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology or a related field.

  • Proven experience in IT Disaster Recovery.

  • Strong understanding of DR lifecycle management, RTO/RPO, criticality assessment, BIA alignment, application recovery, infrastructure dependencies and recovery validation. 

  • Experience coordinating DR tests, tabletop exercises, technical recovery tests, evidence collection, post-test reporting and remediation tracking. 

  • Knowledge of ITIL, ITSM, incident management, change/release management, service management controls and audit evidence expectations.
