Line of Service Overview
Our Middle East Assurance practice includes over 2,300 people based in 12 countries across the region and is part of PwC’s global network that is operating worldwide. PwC Middle East’s Assurance practice combines the right mix of human-led and tech powered solutions to provide our clients with quality audits and other risk services that create confidence and impact in our region and across society.

How You’ll Contribute
A career in Resourcing and Deployment will provide you with the opportunity to work in staffing helping our network be even more agile in the ever-evolving markets we work with, providing the right people on the right projects at the right time. You’ll focus on ensuring that resources of suitable skills and caliber are available for tasks and activities as required as well as managing the education, planning, and skills enhancement associated with these resources.
As a team, we maximise resource sharing and enable the delivery of PwC to our clients through line of service and cross line of service staffing, forecasting, utilization, and workload balance while considering development and diversity initiatives. As a Resourcing Associate, your responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Supporting the resource managers in daily operations and tasks.
- Assigning our client support staff to the requests for our clients, making amendments, booking annual leave and training for our staff.
- Helping the resource managers by creating reports on a daily or weekly basis.
- First experience in Resourcing or HC related businesses is welcomed.
What You’ll Bring
You are ambitious and you utilize opportunities to grow and develop. In addition, you recognize yourself in the following characteristics:
- Bachelor's degree in business administration or any related field.
- 1-3 years of experience in resourcing, preferably in a Big Four or professional services firm.
- First experience in Resourcing or HC related businesses is welcomed.
- Open mindset and flexibility.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills that allow you to thrive in a team environment.
- Bilingual proficiency in Arabic and English (oral and written) is a plus.
- Excellent relationship building and development skills.
- Willingness to challenge the ‘norms’ and to create a cohesive and effective working team.
- Excellent project management skills.
- Knowledge in using technologies, and experience using Data Analytics tools is a plus.
