Business Unit Overview
The Digital & Cyber Business Unit brings together deep technology expertise and bold thinking to help organisations thrive in a connected, data-driven world. We support clients in reimagining how they operate, serve, and grow by harnessing the power of digital products, emerging technology, cloud, data, and cyber resilience.
Our multidisciplinary teams bring together strategy, experience, business analysis, design, software engineering, quality assurance, data, artificial intelligence, and Microsoft Business Applications capabilities. This allows our people to work across the lifecycle of digital transformation, from understanding business and user needs through designing, building, testing, and improving technology-enabled solutions.
About the Internship Program
The program is a structured, full-time, six-month internship combining workshops, technical and professional training, learning and development projects, mentoring, regular feedback, and potential exposure to internal initiatives or client projects where appropriate. Participants will follow pathway-specific learning objectives and may be required to complete relevant PwC-sponsored certifications.
During the selection process, candidates will be assessed and matched to the pathway that best aligns with their educational background, demonstrated skills, interests, potential, and available program capacity.

• Microsoft Business Applications, including Power Platform and Dynamics 365
Successful completion of the internship may lead to consideration for full-time employment, subject to individual performance, demonstrated capability, available capacity, and business demand.
How You’ll Contribute
As an intern, you will follow a structured development journey tailored to your assigned pathway. Across all pathways, you'll be expected to:
- Participate fully in induction, structured workshops, technical and professional training, mentoring, assessments, and regular progress reviews.
- Complete assigned learning objectives, exercises, case studies, practical projects, demonstrations, presentations, and other program deliverables within agreed timelines.
- Apply academic knowledge and self-learning to practical business, design, engineering, data, AI, quality, or technology challenges under guidance.
- Learn to understand business, user, functional, technical, or data requirements relevant to the assigned pathway.
- Conduct research and analysis, document work clearly, and communicate findings, rationale, recommendations, or technical decisions.
- Use the tools, methods, standards, and ways of working relevant to the assigned pathway.
- Work collaboratively with peers, coaches, mentors, specialists, consultants, and project teams.
- Seek, receive, and apply feedback, and demonstrate measurable development across technical, functional, and professional capabilities.
- Where appropriate, support internal initiatives, reusable assets, or client project activities under supervision and in line with PwC quality, risk, confidentiality, and professional standards.
- Demonstrate dependable attendance, ownership, curiosity, integrity, inclusion, attention to detail, and a strong commitment to continuous learning
What You’ll Bring
Education and Eligibility
- A completed bachelor’s degree in a discipline relevant to one or more program pathways. Relevant fields may include Computer Science, Software Engineering, Computer Engineering, Information Technology, Information Systems, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, Business Analytics, Management Information Systems, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, Marketing, UX/UI Design, Experience Design, Human-Computer Interaction, Interaction Design, Graphic Design, Digital Media, Animation, Motion Design, or another closely related field.
- Full availability for the complete six-month program, with no academic, employment, or other commitments that could affect attendance or performance.
- Ability to work onsite from the PwC Amman office five days per week, eight hours per day.
- Fluency in English and Arabic is required.

Practical Exposure
Relevant experience through academic, graduation, capstone, personal, bootcamp, volunteer, freelance, hackathon, or previous internship projects is preferred but not required. Candidates can demonstrate capability and interest through portfolios, source-code repositories, case studies, process or design artefacts, test materials, project demos, deployed solutions, or verified learning credentials
