Line of Service Overview

Our Risk & Quality (R&Q) team plays a critical role in safeguarding PwC’s reputation and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements. We provide guidance and solutions to help engagement teams navigate complex risk landscapes, maintain quality standards, and deliver services with integrity and trust. 

Business Unit Overview

The Consulting and Deals R&Q team supports client-facing teams across the Middle East region by managing risk acceptance processes, coordinating compliance reviews, and ensuring adherence to PwC Network standards. We work closely with business partners and leadership to maintain robust governance and quality frameworks. 

How You’ll Contribute

As a Panel Coordinator Associate, you’ll work as part of a team of problem solvers, helping to solve complex business issues from strategy to execution. Responsibilities include but are not limited to: 

  • Organize and manage the panel process, liaising with client-facing teams, panel chairs, and R&Q representatives 
  • Attend panel meetings, document minutes and actions, and share with relevant stakeholders for review 
  • Maintain accurate records of panel data and prepare reports, including input on Partner performance for R&Q functions 
  • Support engagement teams with the R&Q acceptance process and direct them to specialist advisors such as Independence and Compliance 
  • Produce guidance, templates, and update policies and procedures in collaboration with LoS R&Q Business Partners 
  • Build strong relationships with Business Unit Partners and engagement teams, escalating issues to senior R&Q leadership when necessary 
  • Ensure compliance with PwC Network standards, policies, and procedures 
  • Provide support to cross-Line of Service R&Q projects and initiatives as needed 

What You’ll Bring

  • Relevant experience in client-facing or professional services roles, preferably within risk and compliance 
  • Hands-on administrative and coordination experience with strong organizational skills 
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and problem-solve in a fast-paced environment 
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Arabic 
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to produce accurate documentation 
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools and comfort with project management processes 
  • Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships across teams 
  • High level of initiative and conscientiousness 
  • Exceptional typing and data management skills 
  • Your flexibility to travel up to 20% of the time. This means we may require you to work away from your base office location on a regular basis and occasional overnight stays may be required. Where possible, we will take your preferences into account and strike a balance between meeting your career development/personal needs and those of the business and our clients
