Job Summary
At PwC Middle East, we help clients reimagine how their users interact with products, services, and experiences. We are looking for a Senior UX/UI Design Consultant to join our growing Digital Solutions & Engineering team based in Jordan.
In this role, you will collaborate with clients and multidisciplinary teams to deliver user-centred solutions to PwC’s quality standards. You will be able to take clients from research and journey mapping to wireframes and high-fidelity UI; delivering results that drive business value and deliver exceptional experiences. You’ll be responsible for shaping user flows, personas, interface design, and the overall design language system, ensuring every touchpoint reflects sound UX principles and a coherent design strategy.
You’ll work as part of multidisciplinary teams that include product strategists, developers, and business consultants, bringing together creativity, empathy, and technology to deliver end-to-end solutions for clients across the region.
Roles & Responsibilities
User Experience Design
- Lead the creation of information architecture, user flows, journey maps, and personas based on research insights and business goals.
 - Translate insights into clear, actionable design opportunities and design strategies.
 - Apply and advocate for UX principles and accessibility best practices across all design deliverables.
 - Conduct and synthesize user research, usability testing, and stakeholder feedback sessions to validate design direction.
 
Interface & Interaction Design
- Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity UI designs for mobile, web, and platform products in Figma.
 - Develop and maintain design language systems and component libraries to ensure consistency and scalability across products.
 - Collaborate with developers to ensure design intent is realized in implementation.
 - Deliver elegant and functional UI designs that balance usability, aesthetics, and brand expression.
 
Collaboration & Delivery
- Work closely with cross-functional teams including product managers, engineers, business leads and client stakeholders.
 - Facilitate design sprints and co-creation workshops with clients.
 - Present design solutions effectively to clients and stakeholders, articulating design decisions with clarity and rationale.
 - Maintain a creative mindset and be able to think outside of the box so client work isn’t boring, repetitive or unoriginal.
 
Educational Qualifications & Certifications
Education & Experience
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Design, HCI, Digital Media, or a related discipline.
 - 3-5 years of hands-on experience in UX/UI design or digital product design.
 - Proven experience designing and delivering user-centered interfaces for mobile and web applications.
 - Demonstrated ability to create and manage design systems and UI component libraries.
 
Technical & Creative Skills
- Proficiency with modern design and prototyping tools (Figma a must).
 - Solid understanding of information architecture, interaction design, and visual hierarchy.
 - Familiarity with agile and iterative delivery methodologies.
 - Strong portfolio demonstrating end-to-end design process (from research to delivery).
 
Soft Skills
- Excellent Arabic and English communication and presentation skills, with the ability to explain design concepts to non-design stakeholders.
 - Highly collaborative and comfortable working in multidisciplinary, cross-border teams.
 - Strong analytical thinking and attention to detail.
 - Passionate about innovation, emerging technologies, and human-centered design.
 
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working in consulting, digital agencies, or enterprise environments.
 - Knowledge of Arabic user behavior and Arabic-language interface considerations.
 - Exposure to regional design projects within government, tourism, or digital service transformation.
