A senior UI/UX design associate demonstrates extensive abilities and/or a proven record of success in the following areas:
  • Have a differentiating impact on our clients’ customers and their employees, you will be user-centric in your thinking and approach. You must feel passionate about designing delightful experiences for them to empower and enable them.
  • You know how to effectively work in cross-functional, agile teams. You are a digital native, creative in everything you do, you are confident, and you dare to challenge the status quo.
  • Have experience in working directly for clients, preferably as a consultant or from within a digital agency.
  • Have worked on a diverse range of ‘digital and experience design’ projects, for example the creation of new digital products or services, apps, websites, and online platforms.
  • Have experience as a UI designer in a digital agency or consulting environment (or within an in-house digital products or services business).
  • Have a proven track record of designing compelling and seamless digital interfaces, across digital products or services, on digital platforms (for example Adobe, or Salesforce), for native apps and other (digital) channels.
  • Have collaborated with brand and advertising specialists and have great affinity with branding, but foremost you are a digital native, able to effectively translate brands into user-centric digital products and services.
  • Have worked with, or created Design Systems, online style and brand guides, and a working knowledge of web-based technologies. You know what’s technical feasible.
  • Have broad experience in working in cross-functional, agile teams, closely working together with experience strategists, UX-ers, front-end and back-end teams.
  • Have experience with conducting user testing on your digital products and are comfortable working in interactive design cycles.
  • Have motion design skills, including video and animations, you are experienced in rapid prototyping, visualizing data and creating dashboards, and you are versatile in tools such as Adobe Creative Suite, Sketch, In Vision.
  • Have experience in creating compelling presentations and comfortable articulating the design rationale behind your work.
  • Display team-player capabilities, with well-rounded core-consulting skills.
