How You’ll Contribute
As a Human Capital Associate you will also have a leadership role in executing and improving HC operations. This includes ensuring compliance with SLAs and contributing to process optimization and transformation initiatives.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Ensure timely and accurate execution of tasks across payroll, offboarding, and HC data change processes.
- Lead updates and maintenance of key documentation, including Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), Service Level Agreements (SLAs), and RACI matrices for different HC services such as payroll and absence management.
- Validate senior-level data points, including Sapience profiles, bank details, and insurance jurisdiction, ensuring accuracy and compliance
- Supervise the offboarding process, ensuring all required procedures are followed and exit documentation is completed.
- Oversee and enhance operational activities related to HC services, including record maintenance, contract management, and adherence to company policies
- Provide strategic support for HC operations through data management, reporting, and leadership of HC-related projects.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of people operations and proactively address issues or concerns
- Mentor and support junior associates, fostering development and knowledge sharing within the team.
- Contribute to other HC-related practices and initiatives as needed
- Partner with Finance, Rewards, and HC Operations teams to resolve escalations and align on service delivery standards
What You’ll Bring
- 1-3 Years experience in Human Capital with specialisation in managing payroll.
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Administration, Finance or any related field
- Team player with strong verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage senior stakeholders.
- Comfortable working in a cross-cultural environment, in a virtual working model
- Maintaining knowledge of current and emerging technology trends and experience innovating with new HC tools.
- Experience in Managed Services or similar fast-paced, client-facing environments is a plus.
- Ability to work collaboratively and demonstrate leadership within cross-functional teams.
