How You’ll Contribute

As a KYC Analyst, you’ll work as part of a team of problem solvers, helping to solve complex business issues from strategy to execution. Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Proactively manage your workload, meeting daily and monthly productivity and quality targets by seeking and utilizing guidance, instruction, and coaching. 
  • Maintain accurate and timely updates to metrics trackers and relevant workflow systems. 
  • Build and maintain relationships across all levels of PwC, including client teams and external clients. 
  • Carry out pre engagement compliance tasks associated with client and project onboarding. 
  • Communicate effectively and professionally verbally and in writing with a range of key stakeholders. 
  • Work collaboratively to drive ideas/solutions with peers, Team Leaders and managers which will improve Client and PwC's efficiency process. 
  • Quickly adapt to and implement new or changing processes. 
  • Perform due diligence and enhanced due diligence checks to meet regulatory and compliance requirements. 
  • Conduct thorough sanctions screening to ensure compliance with global and regional regulations. 
  • Verify client information systematically to maintain the integrity of the onboarding process. 

 

What You’ll Bring

  • The candidate will be achievement oriented with the ability to be flexible and adaptive on a daily basis. They will be able to work independently and as part of a team with high energy and at a fast pace that will translate into a high quality output. 
  • At least one year of experience in KYC, AML, or compliance roles. 
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent in relevant fields such as Risk Management, Finance, Business Administration, or industrial engineer. 
  • High attention to detail with experience adhering to strict processes and guidelines. 
  • Proficiency in using Google Sheets and Google Docs, essential for maintaining documentation and data analysis. 
  • Resilient, self-motivated with a positive outlook and the ability to work independently or as part of a team in a dynamic environment. 
  • Excellent organizational skills with the capability to prioritize under pressure and meet tight deadlines. 
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills; fluency in English required, multilingual with Arabic preferred. 
  • Demonstrated analytical and problem-solving skills. 
  • Driven to seek opportunities for improvement and efficiency gains.
