Business Unit Overview
Managed Services is the delivery and execution business within PwC, providing operational solutions for clients. It brings the best of PwC’s advisory capabilities, our technology expertise and our operational delivery to help clients solve complex problems.
How You’ll Contribute
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Delivery Excellence
- Lead the delivery of multiple concurrent technology or transformation projects under structured PMO frameworks.
- Develop and manage integrated project plans, budgets, and performance baselines using standardized tools and methodologies (e.g., PMBOK, Agile, PRINCE2).
- Oversee delivery execution across internal teams, vendors, and client stakeholders to ensure adherence to quality and timelines.
- Implement consistent risk, issue, and change management processes aligned to enterprise governance standards.
- Drive compliance with delivery frameworks and project documentation standards.
Governance & Reporting
- Establish and maintain governance processes for portfolio and program management, ensuring data accuracy and visibility.
- Develop dashboards, performance reports, and KPI tracking using tools such as Power BI or Smartsheet.
- Support steering committee meetings with status reporting, escalation management, and decision-making insights.
- Champion the adoption of PMO methodologies, templates, and tools across delivery teams.
- Ensure audit readiness, documentation control, and compliance with PwC quality management standards.
Stakeholder & Team Leadership
- Build and maintain trusted relationships with business sponsors, IT leads, and vendor partners.
- Lead cross-functional delivery teams and promote collaboration between technical and business stakeholders.
- Support resource planning, performance feedback, and professional development of project teams.
- Act as a mentor to Associates and Senior associate’s in project governance and delivery excellence.
Value & Continuous Improvement
- Drive PMO process optimization and promote a culture of data-driven delivery management.
- Identify opportunities for efficiency through automation, tooling, and digital dashboards.
- Contribute to business development, proposals, and client transformation roadmaps.
- Ensure alignment with PwC’s Enterprise PMO and Technology Transformation frameworks.
What You’ll Bring
Qualifications:
- 8–12 years’ experience in technology project management, PMO governance, or digital transformation delivery.
- Proven record of managing enterprise or cross-functional IT programs.
- Prior experience in consulting, technology services, or enterprise transformation environments.
- Strong understanding of software delivery lifecycles, agile frameworks, and technology implementation governance.
- Regional experience in Middle East or global delivery centers advantageous.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business Information Systems, or related field.
- Professional certification preferred in Project Management, Technology Management, or Business Administration.
- Equivalent experience in technology program management or PMO governance considered.

Project / Program Management
PMP or PRINCE2 Practitioner
PgMP, AgilePM, MSP
Technology Delivery
Understanding of SDLC, Agile/Scrum, or hybrid delivery
ITIL, SAFe, DevOps exposure
PMO Governance / Tools
MS Project, Power BI, Jira, or Smartsheet proficiency
Clarity PPM, ServiceNow PPM, or similar
Language
- Arabic & English (Fluent)
- Other Competencies:

- Strong Excel and visualization skills
- Power Apps or process automation knowledge

Travel Requirements: Your flexibility to travel 100% of the time to Syria throughout the duration of the project. This means we may require you to work away from your base office location on a regular basis and overnight stays is required.
