Consulting Operations is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as an Operational Associate. As a Consulting operational Associate, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our CRM data compliance and management, report and dashboard building working across our Consulting Line of Service (LoS). We support engagement teams with all salesforce training, processes, and queries, and you will have the opportunity to collaborate with various key stakeholders within the firm, including Engagement teams, Partners, Clients & Markets and finance. Roles & Responsibilities:
- Salesforce champion for Consulting LoS.
- Salesforce data hygiene and opportunity management
- Pipeline and operational reporting
- Operational support across Consulting and C&M teams
- Ad-hoc Salesforce, reporting, and automation requests across the LoS
- Regular Salesforce training sessions for teams and individuals
- Dashboards and analytics
- Close collaboration with Finance to ensure alignment between Finance reporting and Salesforce data
Skills and Competencies:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively engage with and support stakeholders across different levels and functions.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify data issues, investigate root causes, and support effective resolution.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy, quality, and compliance.
- Good data analysis, reporting, and dashboard-building skills, with experience using tools such as Power BI, Excel, or similar reporting and visualization tools.
- Strong time management and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities, meet deadlines, and respond effectively to ad-hoc requests.
- Ability to interpret operational and pipeline data and translate it into clear, meaningful reporting and insights for stakeholders.
- Confidence in supporting users, communicating processes, and delivering training or guidance to individuals and teams.
- Strong collaboration and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to work effectively across Consulting, Clients & Markets, Finance, and other business functions.
- Experience with Salesforce or another CRM platform is highly advantageous, particularly in opportunity management, data quality, pipeline reporting, or user support.
- An interest in process improvement and automation, with experience using automation or data tools considered an advantage.
Educational Qualifications & Certifications
Education:
- Bachelor’s degree
Experience:
- 2+ years’ experience in a similar role.
- Big Four or relevant consulting experience is preferred.
