How You’ll Contribute
As a Senior Associate, you will drive initiatives that strengthen employee engagement, and provide meaningful people insights through reporting and analytics.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Employee Recognition Program - Kudos
- Manage and continuously enhance the firm’s employee recognition programme i.e. Kudos
- Partner with People & Culture leadership to design, improve and implement recognition initiatives that foster a culture of appreciation.
- Ensure timely execution of Kudos cycles, communications, and reporting.
People Engagement
- Support the design, launch, and evaluation of people engagement initiatives across the firm.
- Partner with business leaders to strengthen culture, wellbeing, inclusivity, and employee experience.
Analytics & Reporting
- Supporting People & Culture reporting, including engagement metrics, recognition usage, turnover, performance trends, HR dashboards and KPIs.
- Work cross-functionally to gather data, identify insights and influence decision‑making.
- Ensure high-quality, accurate, and timely reporting for senior leadership and governance committees.
Project Support & Collaboration
- Support People & Culture projects end-to-end—including research, planning, rollout, change management and measurement—aligned with project practices in People Experience
- Collaborate with HR COEs on strategic initiatives.
What You’ll Bring
Experience & Skills
- 5–7 years of relevant People & Culture, HR, Talent or Engagement experience.
- Experience with leading and executing transformational People & Culture initiatives
- Strong understanding of recognition frameworks, employee engagement, and HR analytics.
- Ability to analyse qualitative and quantitative people data and turn it into actionable insights.
- Excellent communication skills, with confidence working with stakeholders across all levels.
- Strong project management and organisational skills; ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.

- Communication, Change & Project Management Competency
- Proficiency in MS Office and HR analytics tools.
