How You’ll Contribute
How You’ll Contribute
As a Project MGMT Senior Specialist, you will support the governance and delivery of technology transformation projects by coordinating planning, reporting, and control activities across multiple workstreams. The role contributes to the implementation of PMO frameworks, ensuring adherence to PwC’s project management standards and client delivery requirements. Working within PwC’s enterprise PMO and technology transformation environments, the Senior Associate assists in performance tracking, risk management, and project documentation to help clients achieve predictable and efficient project outcomes.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Delivery Excellence
Support the planning and delivery of technology projects within structured PMO or hybrid delivery frameworks.
Contribute to the development and maintenance of project plans, schedules, budgets, and risk registers.
Coordinate task progress and deliverable tracking across internal and external stakeholders.
Assist in managing change requests, status updates, and action follow-ups.
Ensure project documentation and controls remain accurate, current, and audit ready.
Governance & Reporting
Prepare project dashboards, financial summaries, and KPI reports using PwC-approved templates and tools (e.g., Power BI, MS Project, Smartsheet).
Support Managers in facilitating governance meetings, preparing presentations, and updating portfolio performance reports.
Maintain central project repositories and ensure document version control.
Track compliance with project lifecycle checkpoints and delivery standards.
Stakeholder & Team Collaboration
Liaise with business, IT, and vendor teams to collect status updates, dependencies, and issue logs.
Coordinate with PwC engagement teams to ensure consistent communication and progress alignment.
Contribute to onboarding and knowledge-sharing efforts within PMO teams.
Demonstrate effective communication, time management, and problem-solving skills in a multi-stakeholder environment.
Value & Continuous Improvement
Identify opportunities to streamline reporting, documentation, and workflow processes.
Support the adoption of PMO tools and templates across project teams.
Participate in internal initiatives that enhance PwC’s PMO capabilities, data quality, and analytics maturity.
Commit to professional development through certifications and learning relevant to project and technology delivery.
What You’ll Bring
Years of experience: 4-7 years of experience in project coordination, PMO operations, or technology project delivery.
Exposure enterprise IT, digital transformation, or systems integration environments.
Familiarity with project management frameworks (PMBOK, Agile, PRINCE2) and delivery of governance processes.
Hands-on experience with project reporting, scheduling, and financial tracking.
Prior involvement in consulting or managed service delivery advantageous.
Education: Bachelor's degree in computer science, Engineering, Information Systems, or related field.
Designations & Certifications:
A professional certificate in Project Management or PMO Operations is an advantage.
Strong understanding about transformation process, change management and agile methodology.

Travel Requirements: Your flexibility to travel 100% of the time to Syria throughout the duration of the project. This means we may require you to work away from your base office location on a regular basis and overnight stays is required.
