Position Overview:
PwC is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Associate to support both Client Portal Management for the Academy and the Ethics, Compliance, and Regulatory (ECR) team. The role involves managing group email communications, maintaining client portals, and supporting compliance-related tasks. The ideal candidate is organized, tech-savvy, and client-focused, with a strong ability to handle multiple priorities while upholding PwC’s standards of integrity and ethical conduct.
Key Responsibilities:
ECR Support

Compliance Support:

Assist our teams in accurate documentation of the engagement files in line with the PwC ECR standards

Ensure all files are documented on a timely ongoing basis and keep a track of progress

Report the ECR status on a monthly basis to the reporting manager
-
Support audits and investigations relating to regulatory compliance issues.

Data Management and Analysis:
-
Maintain accurate records of compliance activities and ensure all documentation is up-to-date.

Assist in the analysis of compliance data to identify trends and areas for improvement.

Develop a dashboard to ensure ECR status and reports can be presented timely to the senior leadership

Communication and Liaison:
-
Liaise with internal stakeholders to ensure alignment and understanding of ECR processes and requirements.

Assist in the preparation and delivery of presentations and communications related to compliance and regulatory matters.

Continuous Improvement:
-
Contribute to the continuous improvement of ECR processes and systems.

Participate in projects and initiatives aimed at enhancing the firm's compliance posture.
Client Portal Management
1. Client Portal Administration:
-
Serve as the primary point of contact for managing the Academy’s client portals.
-
Onboard new clients to the portals, ensuring accurate setup and configuration.
-
Monitor portal access, troubleshoot login or access issues, and escalate technical problems where needed.

Maintain up-to-date records of portal activity, user engagement, and access permissions.
2. Group Email Management:
-
Monitor and manage shared inboxes related to client portals.
-
Delegate to the appropriate team members in a timely manner.
3. Reporting and Documentation:
-
Maintain logs of portal access requests, user issues, and resolution times.

Provide periodic reports on portal usage, email volume, and response rates.

Develop and update SOPs for email handling and portal management workflows.
Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Law, Finance, or a related field.

Previous experience or internships in compliance, legal, or regulatory roles preferred.

Strong analytical and research skills.

Strong problem-solving skills and ability to handle escalations.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

High level of integrity and ethical judgment.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Power BI dashboards
