Role Title: Digital Support 

Role Introduction: PwC’s Academy is seeking a highly motivated and skilled individual to join our team as a PowerBI/Dashboard Reporting Support Associate. This role is a key part of our efforts to leverage data-driven insights for strategic decision-making and operational excellence. In joining, you'll advise on various topics, support teams in resolving complex issues, and help clients maximize their use of dashboard technologies. You'll guide data interpretation, customize visualizations, troubleshoot performance, and facilitate training to enhance analytics skills. You'll develop strong relationships with our engagement teams and clients and enhance our ability to meet greater expectations with the challenges of an increasingly complex business environment. 

Roles & Responsibilities:  

  • Data Visualization: 

  • Design and develop interactive and visually appealing Power BI reports and dashboards. 

  • Collaborate with stakeholders to understand reporting requirements and translate them into effective visualizations. 

  • Reporting Support: 

  • Provide end-user support for Power BI reports, addressing inquiries, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring data accuracy. 

  • Conduct training sessions to enhance users' understanding of Power BI functionalities. 

  • Data Analysis: 

  • Analyze and interpret complex data sets, identifying trends, patterns, and insights to inform business decisions. 

  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to gather data requirements and ensure data quality. 

  • Documentation: 

  • Create and maintain documentation for Power BI reports, including data sources, calculations, and report refresh schedules. 

  • Develop and update user guides to facilitate self-service reporting. 

  • Collaboration: 

  • Collaborate with Project Management team to ensure seamless integration of dashboard solutions into project workflows, align dashboard reports with project objectives, and facilitate the timely delivery of data-driven insights. 

  • Collaborate with clients to understand their data needs, tailor dashboard solutions to their specific requirements, and ensure they are equipped to utilize the tools effectively. This includes providing training and support and gathering feedback for continuous improvement of the reporting systems. 

  • Academy System’s Support: 

  • Generating ATOMS reports  

  • Creation and updating of LMS pages and enrolling users. 

  • Downloading of session recording and uploading to the LMS 

  • Prepare feedback forms and pre and post assessments QR code. 

  • Updating Academy Website pages, events, press releases, etc. 

  • Use Google Appscript to help automate repetitive tasks. Example: Generation of certificates. 

Candidate Requirements:  

Education:  

  • Bachelor's degree in information technology, Computer Science, or related field. 

Travel Requirement:  

  • No travel required 

Required Skills: 

  • Knowledge: Proven experience in developing Power BI reports and dashboards. Power BI certification is a plus. Strong understanding of data visualization best practices and principles. Advanced level of technical proficiency and computer literacy particularly with Word and Excel 

  • Communication Skills: Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills that allow you to thrive in a team environment. 

  • Attention to Detail: Detail-oriented with a focus on data accuracy and integrity. 

  • Problem-Solving Ability: Ability to think quickly and manage last-minute changes or emergencies effectively. 

  • Resilient: Ability to meet deadlines and work effectively under pressure. 

  • Languages: Fluent in spoken and written English, with native proficiency in Arabic 

  • Versatile: Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment. 

  • Flexibility: Flexibility in working hours (evenings, weekends as and when required) 

  • Collaborative: Experience managing cross-functional teams and working with diverse stakeholders.
