Our Deals practice helps organisations navigate complex transactions, from mergers and acquisitions to restructuring and strategic investments. We deliver insights and solutions that enable clients to create, protect, and realise value throughout the deal lifecycle. 

Business Unit Overview

The Deals Technology team drives innovation by developing digital solutions that transform how we deliver advisory and transaction services. We leverage emerging technologies, including AI and data analytics, to create scalable platforms and tools that enhance client experience and operational efficiency. 

How You’ll Contribute

As a Senior Full Stack Developer, you’ll work as part of a team of problem solvers, helping to solve complex business issues from strategy to execution. Responsibilities include but are not limited to: 

• Design and develop web and mobile applications that integrate AI and data analytics to support Deals services 
• Collaborate with client teams and stakeholders to translate strategic objectives into technical solutions 
• Engage in the full application lifecycle, including coding, debugging, testing, and deployment 
• Ensure security, privacy, and compliance standards are embedded in all solutions 
• Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior developers, fostering a culture of innovation 
• Stay current with emerging technologies and trends, particularly in AI and cloud platforms 
• Work closely with cross-functional teams to align development initiatives with business priorities 
• Contribute to continuous improvement by recommending new tools, frameworks, and practices 

What You’ll Bring

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field 
• 5+ years of hands-on experience in full stack development with a strong portfolio of web and mobile applications 
• Proficiency in front-end technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript, React, Tanstack) and back-end frameworks (Node.js, NestJS; Python experience preferred) 
• Solid understanding of database technologies (SQL, NoSQL) and cloud platforms (Azure, Google Cloud) 
• Experience with AI and machine learning integration in practical applications 
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies and tools such as Git and JIRA 
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment 
• Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills 
• Fluency in English; Arabic is an advantage 
• Your flexibility to travel up to 20% of the time. This means we may require you to work away from your base office location on a regular basis and frequent overnight stays may be required. Where possible, we will take your preferences into account and strike a balance between meeting your career development/personal needs and those of the business and our clients
