Our Deals practice helps organizations navigate complex transactions, from mergers and acquisitions to restructuring and strategic investments. We deliver insights and solutions that enable clients to create, protect, and realize value throughout the deal lifecycle.  

Business Unit Overview 

Our Deals Strategy & Operations (DSO) team provides strategic and operational advice across the deal continuum—from setting deal strategy to post-deal execution. We help clients identify value creation opportunities, execute transactions seamlessly, and implement changes to deliver synergies and improvements post-integration. Consumer Markets is a key focus area within our Deals practice, covering sectors such as retail, consumer goods, and media. We work with regional and international corporates, private equity houses, and government entities to deliver transaction support, growth strategies, and operational improvements across the region. 

How You’ll Contribute 

As a Senior Associate – Consumer Markets Deals, you’ll work as part of a team of problem solvers, helping to solve complex business issues from strategy to execution. Responsibilities include but are not limited to: 

• Structuring analysis, applying analytical frameworks, and conceptualizing strategy development for client problems 

• Taking ownership of components of engagements and collaborating with team members to deliver well-structured reports 

• Leading work for junior team members and coaching them to deliver high-quality outputs 

• Researching and analyzing data; reviewing large quantities of information to extract meaningful insights 

• Conducting complex analysis in Excel and developing financial models 

• Supporting internal business development activities and contributing to proposals 

What You’ll Bring 

• 3+ years of relevant experience in M&A or strategy consulting, preferably within Consumer Markets 

• Exposure to financial modelling, feasibility studies, and report structuring 

• Experience in market research, business plan development, and due diligence for large organizations 

• Strong analytical skills and ability to understand key business drivers 

• Excellent communication and presentation skills for diverse audiences 

• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously under time constraints 

• Keen to leverage technology-enabled and digital tools for efficient delivery 

• Arabic language skills considered a plus 

• Your flexibility to travel 40–60% of the time. This means we may require you to work away from your base office location on a regular basis and frequent overnight stays may be required. Where possible, we will take your preferences into account and strike a balance between meeting your career development/personal needs and those of the business and our clients
