How You’ll Contribute  

As a Junior Business Development (BD), you’ll work as part of a team of problem solvers, helping to solve complex business issues from strategy to execution. Responsibilities include but are not limited to: 

  • Support the BD function in driving the Academy’s overall revenue growth and target, through consistent operational support and opportunity progression with a contribution target. 

  • Develop a solid understanding of PwC Middle East’s priority accounts, enabling targeted BD efforts and strengthening relationships across key clients and sectors. 

  • Contribute to market-facing initiatives by gathering insights, monitoring emerging trends, checking competition insights and supporting BD team in shaping outreach strategies/client concepts where needed. 

  • Ensure alignment with the Academy’s commercial objectives, applying a strategic mindset when prioritizing opportunities, client engagements, and internal requests such as PTs and proposals. 

  • SA might take the lead on opportunities below 100K within all the Sales process. 

  • Represent the Academy’s value proposition effectively, ensuring that all internal and external communications reflect Academy standards, PwC’s brand and strategic positioning. 

  • Maintaining requested documentation and records related to clients when needed, ensuring adherence with quality and R&Q requirements. 

 

What You’ll Bring 

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree (minimum 4 out of 5 GPA) or Professional Qualification in Education, Human Resources, L&D, or a related field is preferred. 

  • Travel Requirement: No travel required. 

  • Experience: Minimum 3 years of corporate experience. 

  • Skills and Competencies:  

  • Excellent organization skills and strong attention to detail. 

  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint. 

  • Design skills and creativity. 

  • Critical thinking and problem-solving abilities. 

  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written. 

  • Effective time management and ability to manage multiple priorities. 

  • Digital mindset and tech-savvy approach. 

  • Strong command of both Arabic and English (spoken and written). 

  • Business writing skills.
