How You’ll Contribute

Develop and execute a strategic roadmap for alliances and partnerships that support PwC Academy’s growth and impact objectives.

Identify and evaluate potential partners across sectors, ensuring alignment with PwC’s values and strategic priorities.

Lead negotiations and formalize partnership agreements, ensuring mutual value creation and long-term sustainability.

Collaborate with internal stakeholders (e.g., L&D, marketing, consulting teams) to co-create and deliver joint initiatives.

Monitor partnership performance, ensuring KPIs are met, and relationships are nurtured.

Stay aware of market trends, competitor activities, and emerging opportunities in the education and upskilling space.

What You’ll Bring

Education:
-
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Education, or a related field (required)

Master’s degree or MBA (preferred)

Travel Requirement:
Frequent travel across GCC, primarily UAE, KSA and Qatar.
Required Skills:

Strong strategic thinking and business development capabilities

Excellent negotiation and stakeholder management skills

Deep understanding of the education and upskilling ecosystem

Proven experience in partnership development and alliance management

Strong communication and presentation skills

Digital fluency and familiarity with learning technologies

Experience working with government or public sector entities
