Role Title: Training Solutions Design - Associate
Role Introduction:
We are seeking a talented Learning and Development Solutions Designer to join our team. The primary focus of this role is to comprehend client requirements, develop tailored learning solutions to address those needs, and craft compelling proposals that demonstrate our capacity to exceed client expectations. As a key member of our team, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the learning journey for our clients and designing proposals that demonstrate our capability to deliver these learning journeys.
Roles & Responsibilities:

Conduct needs assessments, gap analyses and data reviews to design learning journeys

Prepare detailed proposals and presentations that articulate the value proposition and competitive advantage of our learning solutions.

Design visually appealing proposals with a strong storyline and flow

Understand client needs and objectives to inform the design of customized learning solutions.

Develop innovative and effective learning strategies, methodologies, and proposals tailored to client requirements.

Collaborate with subject matter experts, account managers, and other stakeholders to create engaging learning experiences.

Cultivate strong client relationships through clear communication, responsiveness, and proactive problem-solving.

Stay abreast of industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in learning and development.

Contribute to the continuous improvement of our learning solutions and processes through feedback and innovative ideas.

Maintain documentation and records related to project deliverables, quality assurance and compliance
Candidate Requirements:
-
Some experience in designing and delivering learning solutions, preferably in a corporate or consulting environment preferred

Strong written and verbal communication skills in English and Arabic required.

Proficiency in copywriting, design and formatting is required

Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.

Demonstrated ability to learn quickly and adapt in changing environments

Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment
Education:
-
Bachelor's degree or Professional Qualification in Education, Instructional Design, Human Resources, L&D or a related field is preferred.
Travel Requirement: No Travel required.
