How You’ll Contribute 

As an Associate –Web and Marketing Technology at PwC Academy Middle East, yyou’ll work as part of a team of problem solvers, helping to solve complex business issues from strategy to execution. Responsibilities include but are not limited to:  across the region. 

Website & Digital Platform Management 

  • Own and manage the PwC Academy Drupal-based website, including regular content updates, new page creation, site structure management, and ongoing optimisation. 

  • Ensure website functionality, performance, and compliance with PwC brand, UX, and accessibility standards. 

  • Own and manage the Academy Whatsapp platform, including managing content, chat bots and customer communications journeys. 

  • Develop, manage, and optimise microsites for campaigns, products, events, and partnerships. 

  • Configure and maintain forms, APIs, payment gateways, and third-party integrations as required. 

  • Ensure mobile responsiveness, cross-browser compatibility, and accessibility best practices across all digital assets. 

SEO & Performance Optimisation 

  • Implement on-page and technical SEO best practices to improve organic visibility and search performance. 

  • Manage metadata, URL structures, site architecture, content tagging, and internal linking. 

  • Monitor SEO performance, keyword rankings, and organic traffic trends, and provide actionable insights. 

  • Support ongoing site performance optimisation (page speed, structure, and usability). 

Marketing Technology & Automation 

  • Build, code, test, and deploy HTML email templates for marketing and campaign communications. 

  • Develop and manage campaign landing pages and lead capture forms, ensuring alignment with marketing objectives. 

  • Support WhatsApp API integrations and basic workflow setup for learner communication and engagement. 

  • Provide technical support and troubleshooting for marketing tools and digital campaigns. 

Reporting and dashboard building 

  • Manage the Academy marketing reporting- building and updating Power BI reports  

Microsite Development & Management 

  • Support the design, build, and setup of microsites for campaigns, programmes, events, and partnerships in collaboration with marketing and design teams. 

  • Create, upload, and manage microsite content, including pages, copy, media assets, and forms. 

  • Ensure microsites are aligned with brand guidelines, UX standards, and campaign objectives. 

  • Maintain microsite content through continuous updates, enhancements, and optimisation post-launch. 

  • Track and analyse microsite performance and user behaviour  

Analytics & Quality Assurance 

  • Track and analyse website, microsite, and campaign performance using Google Analytics and related tools. 

  • Conduct quality assurance (QA) checks prior to launches, ensuring error-free deployment and optimal performance. 

  • Maintain documentation, version control, and digital asset repositories. 

  • Support tagging, tracking pixels, and measurement frameworks in collaboration with marketing teams. 

Collaboration & Stakeholder Support 

  • Work closely with marketing, content, design, and product teams to deliver seamless digital experiences. 

  • Coordinate with external developers, vendors, and technology partners when required. 

  • Support basic ecommerce workflows, including troubleshooting payment gateway or form-related issues. 

 

What You’ll Bring  

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Web Development, or related field. 

  • Certification in web technologies, SEO, or marketing automation. 

  • Strong experience in website management (Drupal preferred) and digital content operations. 

    • Proficiency in HTML/CSS for email coding, landing pages, and troubleshooting UI issues. 

    • Solid understanding of SEO (technical and on-page) and web performance optimisation. 

    • Ability to manage microsite development, including structure, layout, and integrations. 

    • Working knowledge of marketing technology tools and technical integrations (e.g., WhatsApp APIs, forms, analytics). 

    • Strong attention to detail, analytical mindset, and problem-solving capabilities. 

    • Exposure to basic ecommerce workflows, including payment gateways.

      • Familiarity with Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and tracking pixels. 

      • Basic understanding of UX/UI principles to improve user journeys. 

      • Awareness of CRM or marketing automation platforms (e.g. Salesforce, HubSpot).
