How You’ll Contribute

As a Director in the Financial Services sector, you’ll work as part of a team of problem solvers, helping to solve complex business issues from strategy to execution. Responsibilities include but are not limited to: 
  • Client Relationship Management: Cultivate and manage executive-level relationships across financial institutions, ensuring transformation strategies are aligned with client priorities and delivering measurable outcomes in areas such as digital finance, risk management, and sustainable growth.
  • Project Leadership: Lead high-impact programs across fintech acceleration, operating model redesign, and regulatory transformation, ensuring delivery excellence and future-readiness in a rapidly evolving financial landscape.
  • Business Development: Shape new offerings and identify growth opportunities, collaborating across service lines to build integrated solutions that strengthen our market position and empower clients to navigate disruption and unlock growth.

What You’ll Bring

  • Bachelor’s in Finance, Business Administration, Economics, or related field; Master’s preferred.
  • Certifications like CFA, FRM, or equivalent preferred.
  • 12+ years in financial services consulting, ideally with Big Four or top-tier firms, with leadership in strategic relationship stewardship and complex transformation initiatives.
  • Vision & Strategic Influence – shape the future of finance by connecting transformation initiatives to broader business and market trends.
  • Thought Leadership – challenge conventional thinking, bring fresh perspectives, and contribute to the firm’s innovation agenda.
  • Emotional Intelligence – navigate complex stakeholder dynamics with empathy, diplomacy, and self-awareness.
  • Organizational Agility – operate effectively across matrixed teams, adapt to shifting priorities, and influence outcomes beyond direct control.
  • Excellent command of English; Arabic highly desired for regional collaboration.
