As a Finance Administration – B2C Sales Support, Associate, you’ll work as part of a team of problem solvers, helping to solve complex business issues from strategy to execution. Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

Ensuring timely issuance of invoices in compliance with the regional's tax regulations by daily monitoring of the data integration between systems.

Timely revenue reconciliation of the open course batches between the system and net revenue.

Timely processing of refund requests due to cancellation and issuance of credit notes when required.

Communicate the variances of the progress billing vs Revenue Forecast (RF) balances.
-
Monitoring of unallocated cash and ensuring receipts are allocated/issued to the relative invoices on a timely basis.

Reporting of unpaid invoices two working days after the course launch.

For corporate sponsored registration - ensuring invoices are issued to the client and ensuring collectability in coordination with the collection officer.

General engagement management, job code creation, final billing and closure.

Raising inter-territory bill’s between PwC entities when required.

Maintenance of the open course finance records and other adhoc tasks - (preparation of reports/schedules/SOA).
What You’ll Bring
-
Masters degree in Finance or an equivalent professional qualification
-
1-2 years of experience in a finance role
-
ACCA or equivalent
-
Technical Skills :
-
Strong knowledge of VAT / tax compliance and adherence to internal controls and PwC financial standards

Experience with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and advanced proficiency in MS Excel for reporting and reconciliations

General ledger accounting, journal entries, intercompany billing, and purchase order management
-
Soft Skills:

Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage high volumes and meet strict processing deadlines

Effective stakeholder communication skills, with confidence liaising across internal teams and external suppliers

Analytical and problem-solving mindset to identify discrepancies and resolve issues proactively

High levels of professionalism, accountability, and teamwork in a fast-paced, multi-stakeholder environment
