Job Summary
This role leads the design and delivery of Total Rewards strategy across Egypt, Jordan, and Lebanon. You will move beyond execution into ownership, shaping how the firm attracts, retains, and motivates talent through competitive and sustainable reward practices.
This is a high-impact role requiring a balance of strategic thinking, commercial awareness, and strong stakeholder influence.
Role & Responsibilities
- Compensation Strategy and Governance - Design and evolve compensation frameworks including salary structures, grading, and incentives. Lead annual compensation cycles and provide expert guidance on offers, promotions, and retention cases.
- Market Positioning and Advisory - Own benchmarking strategy, interpret market data, advise leadership on competitiveness and risk areas, and convert external trends into internal action.
- Stakeholder Leadership - Partner with HR Business Partners and business leaders, act as a trusted advisor on reward decisions, and present insights and recommendations to senior stakeholders.
- Benefits Oversight - Oversee benefits programs across markets, manage vendor relationships and renewals, and recommend enhancements based on workforce needs and market practice.
- Analytics, Governance, and Risk Management - Oversee rewards analytics and reporting, ensure compliance with local regulations across multiple jurisdictions, and support audits and governance processes.
- Team and Capability Development - Coach and develop junior team members where applicable and build capability within the rewards function.

What You'll Bring
Experience
- 7-10+ years of experience in total rewards, compensation, or HR consulting.
- Proven experience in compensation design and stakeholder advisory.
- Experience across multiple countries or complex organisations is preferred.
Technical Capability
- Strong analytical skills with advanced Excel proficiency.
- Experience with HR systems and rewards tools.
- Ability to interpret and translate data into business decisions.
Leadership and Behavioural Skills
- Strong stakeholder management and influencing capability.
- Commercial mindset with a clear understanding of business drivers.
- Ability to operate with ambiguity and drive outcomes.
Language
- Fluent in English and Arabic.
