Business Unit Overview

AI Strategy & Technology at PwC Middle East combines strategic foresight with digital innovation to accelerate transformation. We shape operating models, design technology roadmaps, and deliver integrated solutions that drive growth and resilience. By exploring emerging technologies, advancing intelligent automation, and leveraging data-driven insights, we unite strategy, design, and execution—helping PwC and its clients harness innovation, navigate disruption, and achieve sustainable outcomes.

How You’ll Contribute

As a Senior Associate – AI Workforce Transformation (Adoption), you’ll work as part of a team of problem solvers, helping to solve complex business issues from strategy to execution. Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Own the adoption strategy for firm-wide AI tools and agents across PwC Middle East, setting the direction, priorities, and targets that move staff from aware to actively using AI in their daily work, and closing the gap between licences held and value realised.
  • Own the measurement and value framework for AI adoption: define the KPIs, build and maintain the dashboards (Power BI and platform analytics), and turn usage and engagement data into the decisions on where to focus adoption effort next.
  • Own the ROI and value-realisation story, running the surveys, time-and-value studies, and benefit analysis needed to evidence impact, and presenting the results and investment recommendations to senior leadership, including ExCo.
  • Provide senior leadership of the AI champions network — shaping its strategy, curating the playbooks and enablement assets it runs on, and steering where champions focus — working alongside the wider team who deliver day-to-day activity.
  • Design the firm's adoption interventions and enablement approach — onboarding journeys, use-case clinics, and targeted campaigns — prioritising the teams, licences, and capabilities where usage is lagging and directing effort to the highest-value gaps.
  • Drive AI to become embedded in everyday ways of working, partnering with line-of-service and team leads to integrate tools into rituals, templates, and processes so that usage becomes the default and is sustained beyond initial launch.
  • Translate adoption and value insight into compelling, data-driven narratives and recommendations for leadership, and inform licence optimisation and future investment decisions.

What You’ll Bring

Years of experience:

4+ years of relevant experience in AI/digital adoption, enablement, transformation, or benefits/value realisation, ideally within professional services or a large enterprise environment, including experience owning an initiative end to end.

Education:

Bachelor's degree in Business, Technology, Economics, Data Analytics, or a related discipline. A relevant Master's degree is an advantage.

Designations & Certifications:

  • Data analytics or BI certifications (e.g. Microsoft Power BI Data Analyst Associate) are highly desirable.
  • Change management certification (e.g. Prosci / ADKAR) is an advantage.

Technical Skills:

  • Strong data and measurement capability: hands-on building and interpreting dashboards and adoption metrics in Power BI and advanced Excel, defining KPIs and ROI models; familiarity with SQL is an advantage.
  • Strong working knowledge of GenAI tools and the AI adoption landscape, including how usage, behaviour change, and value are measured for AI initiatives.
  • Able to shape enablement strategy and curate high-quality assets — playbooks, prompt libraries, and campaign materials — that build capability across non-technical audiences.
  • Soft Skills:
  • Excellent stakeholder management and the ability to influence and present with credibility to senior leadership, including ExCo audiences.
  • Strong analytical and storytelling skills, comfortable turning usage and value data into clear recommendations that drive decisions.
  • A self-directed, ownership mindset — sets direction, energises a champions network, and drives adoption where it is lagging without waiting to be asked.
  • Language Skills:
  • Fluency in English is required. Arabic language skills are an advantage.
  • Travel Requirements: Your flexibility to travel x% of the time. This means we may require you to work away from your base office location on a regular basis and frequent overnight stays may be required. Where possible, we will take your preferences into account and strike a balance between meeting your career development/personal needs and those of the business and our clients.
