From immersive workshops and strategic design-thinking sessions to executive engagements and innovation showcases, we deliver impactful experiences that help our clients drive transformation and tangible results.
The Experience Centre is part of a global network of centres redefining how we engage with clients - through collaboration, speed, and purpose-built spaces for innovation. As the latest addition in the region, the Experience Centre is poised to become a key destination for experience-led client engagements – this is where we imagine, design and build digital tools and experiences.
How You’ll Contribute
As an Experience Associate, you will support the Experience Lead and the wider team in the Experience Centre in bringing high-quality client experiences to life. This role requires a highly organized, creative, detail-oriented and enthusiastic team player who is passionate about events, storytelling and designing memorable moments.
You will help activate and create experiences across the Experience Centre, working closely with vendors, creative specialists and PwC teams from different lines of service.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Creative & Experience Support
- Brainstorm and help shape experience concepts and storytelling approaches for events and workshops in alignment with the Experience Centre team
- Support the development of event materials such as mood boards, printed collateral (badges, printouts, booklets, etc.), digital assets (screen content, AI designed visuals, etc.) and environment props
- Support the team in Dubai with personalizing visitor journeys through tailored messaging, visuals and interactive content
- Collaborate with designers and creative vendors to ensure deliverables are aligned with the experience vision
Event Coordination
- Coordinate logistics for virtual, hybrid and physical events, including preparation of materials, timelines and communications
- Help the Experience Centre team liaise with AV, catering and production vendors as needed to ensure event readiness
- Support the Experience Lead in preparing event documentation such as run-of-show, briefing packs, plenary documents and post-event wrap-ups/ output reports
- Assist with tracking and maintaining inventory of creative assets and supplies used across the Dubai Experience Centre
- Provide onsite support during all events (e.g. managing presentations, client material, coordination behind the scenes)
Experience Operations
- Development of LPOs and invoice processing in relation to marketing activities in the Experience Centre in Dubai
- Track and update all events and operational details (incl. key visitors’ details, catering costs, etc.)
- Track and update all vendors’ details used in the Experience Centre for marketing and logistical purposes

- Requirements
- 1-2 years of relevant experience in events, marketing, hospitality or client experience
- Passion for events, storytelling and client engagement
- Highly organized with excellent attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills - written, verbal and presentation
- Familiarity with PowerPoint, Canva and Excel
- Familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite (After Effects, Illustrator, Premiere Pro)
- Tech-savvy and curious about digital trends (e.g. GenAI, immersive media)
- A team player who is proactive, dependable and can adapt quickly to changing priorities
- Flexibility to work extended hours during events as needed
- This is a full-time, on-site role at the Dubai Experience Centre with minimal travel
