Role Title: PQ Course Management – Finance and Tax Upskilling 

Role Introduction:  

We are looking for an ambitious, motivated and experienced Manager to lead the Course Management for our Finance and Tax Professional Qualifications portfolio. The Course Management Lead will be responsible for the strategic and operational management of multiple qualifications, overseeing both B2B and B2C projects, ensuring the seamless delivery of training solutions to corporate clients and individual learners. The manager will also lead a small team to support project execution, stakeholder engagement, and business growth. 

 

Roles & Responsibilities:  

1. Project and Programme Management 

  • Plan, coordinate, and oversee the delivery of finance and tax qualification programmes and courses end-to-end. 

  • Develop and manage project timelines, budgets, and resource allocation. 

  • Ensure quality and consistency in course delivery, learner experience, and operational excellence. 

  • Collaborate with trainers, subject matter experts, and operations to ensure smooth delivery cycles. 

  • Implement continuous improvement processes for programme structure, content, and delivery. 

2. Business relationship management (B2B and B2C) 

  • Manage both B2B corporate client relationships and B2C learner pipelines. 

  • Support business development through proposal creation, client presentations, and relationship management. 

  • Identify market opportunities for new tax qualification offerings and training formats. 

  • Contribute to marketing strategies and outreach for retail (B2C) enrolments.

3. People Management 

  • Lead, coach, and develop a team of three (one Senior Associate and two Associates). 

  • Allocate work effectively, providing guidance and support on project priorities and execution. 

  • Conduct performance reviews, identify training needs, and nurture a collaborative team culture. 

4. Stakeholder and Client Management 

  • Serve as the main point of contact for key clients and internal stakeholders. 

  • Manage client expectations, ensuring delivery within agreed timelines and budgets. 

  • Coordinate cross-functional teams across operations, marketing, and finance to ensure alignment. 

5. Reporting and Financial Management 

  • Track project budgets, profitability, and key metrics. 

  • Prepare management reports on revenue, enrolments, and delivery performance. 

  • Support strategic decision-making through data analysis and forecasting. 

Candidate Requirements:  

  • 4-5 years of experience in course management or project management. 

  • Prior experience in a professional training institute, business school or EdTech platform is preferred. 

  • High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities under pressure. 

  • Flexible to support evening and weekend classes as required by training schedules. 

Education:  

  • Bachelor's degree in business, Education, Finance or related field. 

  • Arabic speaker preferred 

Travel Requirement: No travel required 

Required Skills:  

  • Strong communication, interpersonal and problem-solving skills. 

  • Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint); experience with LMS platforms is a plus.
