Business Unit Overview
The Pillar Two operation unit focuses on helping multinational clients comply with the OECD’s global minimum tax rules under BEPS 2.0. It provides advisory and compliance services, supports top-up tax calculations, and leverages advanced technology solutions for accurate reporting. By combining deep tax expertise with innovative tools, the team ensures clients meet evolving regulatory requirements efficiently while driving global collaboration and thought leadership in international tax.
How You’ll Contribute
As a Senior Associate, you’ll play a key role in delivering high-quality Pillar Two (BEPS 2.0) engagements and supporting clients through complex regulatory changes. Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Develop Technical Expertise: Build deep knowledge of OECD/GloBE and UAE rules, applying them to practical client scenarios.
- Support End-to-End Delivery: Assist in readiness assessments, impact modeling, and implementation roadmaps for regional multinationals.
- Translate Complexity into Practical Solutions: Help design operating procedures and compliance frameworks aligned with minimum-tax requirements.
- Enable Technology Integration: Work with teams to coordinate data flows across finance/ERP systems and support tax technology implementation.
- Client Engagement: Contribute to client discussions by providing clear, timely insights on regulatory developments and compliance implications.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with Managers and Senior Managers, ensuring quality deliverables and supporting project milestones.
- Knowledge Sharing: Develop internal materials, contribute to playbooks, and assist in preparing client-facing presentations and training.
- Stay Informed: Monitor regulatory updates in the Middle East and share relevant insights with the team and clients.
What You’ll Bring
- Demonstrated experience in tax advisory, compliance, and international tax matters, ideally with exposure to Pillar Two regulations.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in accounting, Finance, Economics, or related field; advanced degree preferred.
- Designations & Certifications: Professional qualifications such as CPA, ACCA, CA, or equivalent.
- Technical Skills: Strong knowledge of OECD Pillar Two framework and global minimum tax rules, proficiency in tax modeling, data analysis, and reporting tools.

- Language Skills: Fluency in English; Arabic is an advantage.
- Travel Requirements: Your flexibility to travel. This means we may require you to work away from your base office location on a regular basis and frequent overnight stays may be required.
