Company: PwC MiddleEast
About Us
At PwC Middle East, we help organisations build trust and reinvent so they can turn complexity into competitive advantage. Across the region, governments and businesses are transforming at pace, and our people are at the heart of helping PwC respond, grow and prepare for the future.
Our Watani Business Enablement Services Graduate Programme is a 12-month development experience designed for ambitious UAE national graduates who want to start their careers with meaningful work, structured development and the opportunity to build a strong professional network.
From day one, you’ll join our Business Enablement Services teams, contributing to real priorities and development of practical skills and experience. Alongside your day-to-day role, you’ll be a part of a cohort with access to structured learning, coaching, mentoring and leadership exposure and opportunities to connect across PwC Middle East.
This is more than an introduction to the workplace. It is an opportunity to discover your strengths, build capabilities that will support your long-term career, and demonstrate what you can achieve.
Line of Service Overview
Our Business Services teams provide specialist capabilities that enable PwC Middle East to run, grow, and transform.
Depending on your background, interests, strengths and available opportunities, you could join a team such as:
- Human Capital – helping create an exceptional experience for our people and supporting the future of work
- Finance – supporting financial planning, reporting, operations and business decision-making
- Technology, Data & AI – helping us become more digital, data-driven and AI-enabled
- Marketing & Communications – bringing our brand, stories and campaigns to life
- Clients & Markets – supporting how we go to market, understand our clients and identify opportunities for growth
- Risk & Quality – helping protect the firm and supporting high standards of quality and responsible business
- Office Management – helping create effective workplaces and seamless day-to-day operations
You don’t need to have your entire career mapped out when you apply. We are interested in understanding your strengths, interests and potential, and where possible, matching these with an opportunity where you can make an impact.
What will your 12 months look like?
You’ll remain part of a team throughout the programme, allowing you to build meaningful experience, relationships and capability rather than moving through a series of short rotations.
Your development will combine three things:
-
Experience – most of your learning will happen through real work. You’ll take responsibility for defined deliverables, contribute to team priorities, and, as your confidence grows, take on stretch opportunities to improve how we work.
-
Exposure – you’ll learn from the people around you through regular support from your manager and Career Coach, mentoring and buddy relationships, leadership sessions, cross-team collaboration and opportunities to build your PwC network.
-
Education – you’ll have dedicated learning opportunities covering areas such as business acumen, communication, professional skills, digital capabilities and AI, alongside learning relevant to your home function.
Throughout the year, regular conversations and checkpoints will help you understand your progress, recognize your strengths and focus your development.
What You’ll Bring
You will:

We welcome graduates from a broad range of degree disciplines. Some opportunities may require a particular academic background or technical skillset, and we will consider this when matching successful candidates to teams.
Experience gained through internships, university projects, volunteering, extracurricular activities or other positions of responsibility is welcomed, but we are primarily interested in your potential, motivation and willingness to learn.

What happens after the programme?
During the programme, we’ll have regular conversations about your performance, development, and career aspirations. Towards the end of the 12 months, you’ll complete a final assessment and career conversation.
Where your performance, capabilities and career interests align with an available business need, you may be considered for a permanent opportunity with PwC Middle East. Permanent employment is not automatic and will depend on both individual performance and available roles.
Whatever the outcome, our aim is for you to complete the programme with meaningful professional experience, stronger capabilities, an expanded network, and greater confidence about the next step in your career.
