Programme Overview

Our Training Contract offers aspiring lawyers the opportunity to launch their careers within a leading international professional services firm operating across the Middle East. 

This structured development programme combines high-quality legal training with exposure to complex, cross-border client work in a dynamic and rapidly evolving regulatory environment. You will work alongside experienced legal professionals and multidisciplinary teams, gain hands-on experience while developing strong commercial awareness and business advisory skills. 

The programme is designed to equip graduates with the technical, professional, and leadership capabilities required to build a successful legal career in the region. 

How You’ll Contribute

As an Associate, you will:

  • Support the delivery of legal services to clients across a range of industries 
  • Assist with drafting, reviewing and analysing legal documents and commercial agreements 
  • Conduct legal research on regional laws and regulatory frameworks 
  • Contribute to client engagements relating to corporate structuring, regulatory compliance, governance and risk 
  • Collaborate with colleagues across tax, advisory and consulting teams to deliver integrated client solutions 
  • Participate in client meetings and internal strategy discussions 
  • Build strong commercial awareness and understanding of the Middle East business landscape 

You will progressively take on increased responsibility as your technical and professional skills develop. 

What You’ll Bring

  • A Law degree (LLB or equivalent) with a strong academic record 
  • You will be on track to achieve a GPA of 3.5/4.0 or equivalent in your undergraduate degree  
  • Fluency in English; Arabic language skills are preferred 
  • Interest in corporate, commercial, regulatory or business law 
  • Excellent analytical and research skills 
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, client-facing environment 
  • Strong teamwork and interpersonal skills 
  • High levels of integrity, professionalism and attention to detail 
  • Achievement of SQE 1 and 2
