Line of Service Overview
Our Deals practice helps organisations create, realise and protect value through mergers and acquisitions, restructuring, and capital projects. We work with clients to navigate complex transactions and deliver sustainable outcomes that drive growth and resilience.
Business Unit Overview
Capital Project Services supports clients in planning, financing, managing and delivering large-scale capital projects and infrastructure programs. We help organisations mitigate risks, optimise costs, and achieve strategic objectives throughout the project lifecycle.
How You’ll Contribute
As a Capital Project Services Manager, you’ll work as part of a team of problem solvers, helping to solve complex business issues from strategy to execution. Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
• Managing multiple client engagements and reporting to senior leaders
• Designing and delivering project and program management approaches across industries such as real estate and infrastructure
• Supporting clients in optimising capital programs and achieving intended benefits
• Advising on CAPEX optimisation, contract reviews, dispute resolution, and governance
• Establishing strong client relationships and delivering impactful solutions
• Contributing to the development of technical acumen within the team
• Leading and coaching team members to foster growth and collaboration
• Applying innovative tools and methodologies to enhance project outcomes
What You’ll Bring
• 7+ years of experience in end-to-end development of complex capital projects, large-scale developments, or giga projects
• Strong skills in project/program management, design management, and construction management
• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or related field; MBA and PMP certification preferred
• Ability to communicate with impact and influence diverse audiences
• Passion for delivering capital projects and building collaborative relationships
• Strong leadership and coaching capabilities
• Flexibility to travel up to 60% of the time, including frequent site visits in Saudi Arabia
• Proficiency in English; Arabic is an advantage
• Familiarity with digital tools and data-driven project management
