Business Unit Overview

Capital Project Services supports clients in planning, financing, managing and delivering large-scale capital projects and infrastructure programs. We help organisations mitigate risks, optimise costs, and achieve strategic objectives throughout the project lifecycle.

How You’ll Contribute

As a Senior Associate in Capital Project Services, you’ll work as part of a team of problem solvers, helping to solve complex business issues from strategy to execution. Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
•    Supporting delivery of multiple client engagements and reporting to Managers and Senior Managers
•    Assisting in project planning, design management, and construction management across industries such as real estate and infrastructure
•    Contributing to CAPEX optimisation, contract and claim reviews, dispute resolution, and governance
•    Building effective working relationships with clients and internal teams
•    Applying innovative tools and methodologies to enhance project outcomes
•    Developing your technical acumen and supporting knowledge sharing within the team
•    Demonstrating agility and collaboration in a fast-paced environment

What You’ll Bring

  • 3–7 years of experience in end-to-end development of complex capital projects, large-scale developments, or giga projects
  • Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or related field; MBA and PMP certification preferred
  • Strong skills in project/program management, design management, and construction management
  • Ability to communicate with impact and influence diverse audiences
  • Passion for learning and becoming a well-rounded project management professional
  • Collaborative mindset and ability to build strong relationships at all levels
  • Proficiency in English; Arabic is an advantage
  • Your flexibility to travel up to 60% of the time. This means we may require you to work away from your base office location on a regular basis and frequent overnight stays may be required. Where possible, we will take your preferences into account and strike a balance between meeting your career development/personal needs and those of the business and our clients
