How You’ll Contribute

As part of the Data & Cloud Solution, you’ll work as part of a team of problem solvers, helping to solve complex business issues from strategy to execution. Responsibilities include but are not limited to: 
  • Project Management: Lead the execution of data and cloud projects, ensuring scope, timelines, and quality benchmarks are met.
  • Solution Design: Support the development of cloud-native architectures and analytics platforms tailored to client needs.
  • People and Delivery: Mentor team members and coordinate with clients to deliver consistent, data-driven outcomes.

What You’ll Bring

  • 8+ years of relevant experience, with at least 4 years in a data architecture or AI solution leadership role.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Information Systems.
  • Professional certifications such as Microsoft Certified: Azure Solutions Architect Expert, Databricks Certified Architect, or Informatica Certified Professional are advantageous.
  • Proven experience leading data transformation programs in consulting or enterprise settings.
  • Strong understanding of regional market dynamics, particularly data sovereignty and hybrid deployment models in Saudi Arabia.
  • Proven expertise in data architecture, integration, and analytics platform design, spanning hybrid and cloud environments.
  • Experience designing and managing data lakes, warehouses, and analytics environments with strong governance and lineage.
  • Knowledge of MLOps and AI lifecycle management, including orchestration, monitoring, and model retraining pipelines.
  • Familiarity with data security, privacy, and sovereignty frameworks relevant to the KSA market (e.g., SDAIA/NCA compliance).
  • Deep understanding of data strategy, metadata management, and master data management (MDM) practices.
  • Awareness of AI and advanced analytics applications in government, energy, financial services, and public sector domains.
  • Excellent stakeholder management skills, with a track record of leading client interactions and managing executive-level relationships.
  • Demonstrated experience managing large-scale delivery teams and multiple stakeholders across complex engagements.
  • Strong commercial and delivery acumen, able to oversee project economics, profitability, and team utilization.
  • Bilingual Communication: Demonstrated fluency in both English and Arabic, with the ability to communicate strategic and technical topics to senior audiences effectively.
  • Travel Requirements: Your flexibility to travel. This means we may require you to work away from your base office location on a regular basis and frequent overnight stays may be required. Where possible, we will take your preferences into account and strike a balance between meeting your career development/personal needs and those of the business and our clients.
