How You’ll Contribute
| As a Manager, you’ll work as part of a team of problem solvers, helping to solve complex business issues from strategy to execution. Responsibilities include but are not limited to: PwC Middle East is expanding its team and is looking for a Physical Security & Command Center expert to support high-impact public-sector and critical-infrastructure engagements across the region. The role focuses on CCTV and video surveillance, physical security systems, and the design and operation of command-and-control centers (SOC / PSOC / IOC). You will contribute to security strategy, architectures, operating models, and use-case definition, working across smart buildings, IoT-enabled environments, and large-scale developments. We are looking for professionals with strong hands-on and strategic experience in physical security, command centers, IoT, smart buildings, and security strategy, ideally within government or complex enterprise environments. |
What You’ll Bring
| Years of Experience 6-8 years of relevant experience in physical security, command & control centers (CCC), or integrated security environments Experience across design, implementation support, and advisory for CCC / SOC / PSOC / IOC environments Exposure to government, utilities, smart cities, transportation, or critical infrastructure projects preferred Education Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Electrical, Electronics, Systems, IT, Telecommunications) Degrees in Security Management, Information Systems, or Computer Engineering also acceptable Master’s degree is an advantage Designations & Certifications CPP or PSP (ASIS) – preferred PMP / PRINCE2 – preferred OEM Certifications in relevant platforms, including: CCTV / VMS Access Control PSIM / Command Center platforms Technical Skills Physical security systems: CCTV, VMS, access control, perimeter security Command & Control Center (CCC) design, workflows, CONOPS, and operating models Integration of PSIM / command center platforms Understanding of video analytics and AI-enabled surveillance Security architecture and solution design (campus, city, or critical infrastructure scale) Requirements definition, vendor evaluation, and solution assurance Soft Skills Strong client-facing and stakeholder management skills Ability to translate technical solutions into clear, consultative recommendations Structured problem-solving and documentation skills Experience leading workstreams and supporting pursuits and proposals Comfortable working in multi-disciplinary consulting teams Language Skills English – Fluent Arabic – Preferred / strong advantage |
