Business Unit Overview

As part of the Management Consulting team, you’ll shape how organizations operate, perform, and grow. We deliver end-to-end consulting solutions across Finance Transformation, Accounting Transformation, Workforce Transformation, Supply Chain & Efficiency Transformation, Enterprise Solutions and capability building through PwC Academy. It’s where business performance meets human potential, backed by technology, powered by purpose. 

How You’ll Contribute

The Senior Manager is responsible for leading Oracle ERP transformation engagements, managing strategic client relationships, and driving successful delivery of Oracle implementation programs. The role requires independent ownership of implementation engagements from initiation through project closure while providing solution governance, delivery leadership, and mentoring Managers and Consultants. The Senior Manager also contributes to business development, proposal management, practice development, and capability building.

  • Independently lead Oracle ERP transformation and implementation engagements through the complete project lifecycle.
  • Provide solution governance across Oracle ERP and EPM solutions.
  • Manage executive client stakeholders and act as the primary engagement lead.
  • Oversee planning, governance, quality, risk management and delivery.
  • Lead multidisciplinary consulting teams.
  • Contribute to business development, proposals and solution presentations.
  • Support practice growth through methodologies and knowledge assets.
  • Coach and mentor Managers and Consultants.

What You’ll Bring

  • 13–15 years of consulting and industry experience in Oracle Implementations.
  • Successfully led a minimum of 3–5 end-to-end Oracle ERP implementations as the overall Project Manager or Engagement Lead. Blend of leading upgrade engagements/ EBS implementations/ Fusion implementations is preferred.
  • Experience of working in multiple industries and sectors.
  • Extensive experience in leading overall proposal management.
  • Strong hold in Oracle ERP/EPM modules.
  • Strong understanding of finance transformation and business process optimization.
  • Strong understanding of emerging tech within Oracle ERP and EPM space.
  • Professional qualifications such as CA, CPA, ACCA, CMA, CIMA, MBA, PMP, Prince2, or equivalent would be advantageous.
