Skills and Competencies
- As a Director in Consulting Digital Transformation at PwC, your primary responsibility would be to lead and manage a team of consultants to deliver digital transformation projects to clients. You would work closely with clients to understand their business objectives and advise them on how to leverage technology to achieve their goals. Your role would involve the following key responsibilities:
- Leading digital transformation projects: You will be responsible for leading the delivery of digital transformation projects to clients. This includes developing
- project plans, managing project timelines and budgets, and ensuring that projects are delivered on time and within budget.
- Managing client relationships: You will be responsible for building andmaintaining strong relationships with clients. This involves understanding theirbusiness objectives, identifying areas where digital transformation can helpachieve those objectives, and providing guidance and support throughout the project lifecycle.
- Providing digital transformation advice: You will be expected to have a deep understanding of digital technologies and how they can be applied to different
- business models. You will provide advice to clients on the best digital transformation strategies and solutions that fit their needs.
- Developing new business: You will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities and working with the sales team to develop proposals and pitch to potential clients.
- Managing and mentoring team members: You will be responsible for managing and mentoring a team of consultants. This involves setting performance goals, providing feedback, and developing career plans to help team members achieve their full potential.
