How You’ll Contribute

As a Talent Acquisition & Onboarding Senior Associate , you’ll work as part of a team of problem solvers, helping support our Human Capital Managed Services Clients. Your primary focus will be supports the full recruitment and onboarding lifecycle to ensure smooth, timely, and high‑quality hiring and integration of new employees. This role contributes to organizational success by coordinating hiring activities, sourcing candidates, executing selection steps, managing candidate documentation, and facilitating a seamless onboarding experience. With strong process discipline and a candidate‑centric mindset, the role ensures efficient delivery of talent acquisition services aligned with business needs 

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:  

Recruitment & Onboarding Support 

  •  Support the effective delivery of recruitment and onboarding processes across the employee lifecycle, ensuring accurate execution, compliance with HR policies, and a strong service mindset. ·

Candidate Sourcing & Pipeline Management 

  • Source candidates through job boards, social media, networking, referrals, and internal talent pools. 
  • Maintain structured candidate pipelines and talent pools for recurring and future hiring needs. 

Screening & Interview Coordination

  • Conduct initial CV screening and basic HR phone screenings. 
  • Coordinate interview logistics, assessments, and communication between candidates, hiring managers, and business stakeholders. 
  • Support high-volume scheduling needs across multiple roles and hiring teams. 

 Recruitment Administration & Systems Management

  •  Prepare job postings, manage candidate records, and ensure ATS (Applicant Tracking System) data accuracy. 
  • Track candidate progress, update statuses, and maintain documentation for audit readiness. 

Offer Preparation & Pre-Employment Documentation 

  •  Support preparation of offers by collecting required documentation and coordinating approval flows. 
  • Facilitate background checks, verification steps, and compliance reviews. 

Onboarding Coordination -

  • Coordinate onboarding logistics including induction scheduling, system setup requests, new joiner communication, and documentation completion. 
  • Ensure smooth handover to the onboarding team and follow up with new hires through their early integration phase. 

Candidate & Stakeholder Experience -

  • Maintain professional, timely, and clear communication to support a positive candidate and hiring manager experience. - Act as a reliable point of contact for inquiries throughout recruitment and onboarding stages. ·

HR Data, Reporting & Dashboarding Support -

  • Maintain and update recruitment trackers and dashboards for key metrics (time-to-hire, pipeline stages, onboarding progress). 
  • Support analysis of hiring trends and SLA adherence.

Campus & Events Support (If applicable) 

  • Organize and participate in campus outreach, assessment days, and career fairs to build talent pipelines. 

Continuous Improvement & Process Discipline 

  • Identify process gaps and suggest enhancements to improve efficiency and service delivery. 
  • Ensure consistent adherence to standardized recruitment and onboarding processes. 

What You’ll Bring

  • Years of Experience: Minimum 4 years in Talent Acquisition, Recruitment Coordination, or Onboarding operations.  
  • Education:Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field. 

Technical Skills 

  • Strong knowledge of recruitment processes, sourcing channels, and candidate assessment practices. 
  •  Ability to manage high-volume hiring cycles while maintaining organization and accuracy. 
  •  Proficiency in using ATS/HRIS systems and ensuring accurate, timely data updates. 
  •  Solid skills in preparing HR dashboards, tracking key metrics, and interpreting recruitment data. 
  •  Strong documentation management, coordination, and process-navigation skills. 
  •  Ability to handle onboarding logistics and administrative follow-through
