How You’ll Contribute

As a Senior Associate in Visual & Collaborative Experience Design, you will take ownership of defined design workstreams and turn complex business content into clear visual stories, engaging collaborative experiences and high-quality client outputs. Working with facilitators, experience designers, consultants and subject-matter experts, you will help shape and deliver workshops, leadership sessions, innovation programmes and other client experiences. Your responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Independently translate complex ideas, research and consulting content into clear visual narratives for presentations, proposals, reports, playbooks, workshop materials, knowledge walls and digital assets, applying PwC brand and quality standards.
  • Own defined elements of collaborative experience design, developing agendas, participant journeys, canvases, templates, process maps, visual systems and digital workspaces that help participants understand, contribute and make decisions.
  • Apply design thinking, human-centred design, customer experience and service design methods to develop personas, journey maps, service blueprints, concepts and prototypes, using sound judgement and working with limited oversight.
  • Lead the development of layouts, collaboration assets, wireframes, prototypes and reusable libraries in Figma and FigJam, and produce polished materials using Adobe Creative Cloud, PowerPoint and approved collaboration platforms.
  • Use approved AI-enabled tools responsibly for research, ideation, visual exploration, content structuring, synthesis and documentation, applying strong human judgement, quality assurance and client-confidentiality safeguards.
  • Plan and conduct cross-industry benchmarking and trend research, synthesising evidence into concise insights, visual stories, reference libraries and practical recommendations for client and engagement-team use.
  • Apply MG Taylor or comparable collaborative design approaches by helping shape environments, process visuals, templates, technology, participant materials and real-time knowledge capture for in-person, virtual and hybrid sessions.
  • Manage the visual and experience-design workstream for assigned engagements, coordinating with client and engagement teams on workplans, content readiness, rehearsals, materials, logistics and quality checks. Co-facilitate defined modules or smaller sessions, guide junior contributors, capture outputs accurately and produce clear post-session documentation and reusable assets.

What You’ll Bring

  • Typically 4 to 6 years of relevant professional experience in visual communication, graphic design, experience or service design, innovation or workshop design, including experience delivering client work in consulting, professional services, an agency, an innovation lab or an experience-centre environment.
  • A bachelor's degree in graphic design, visual communication, interaction design, service design, customer experience, human-computer interaction, digital media, architecure, industrial design or a related field.
  • A strong portfolio demonstrating visual storytelling, information design, collaborative experience assets, prototyping and polished client-ready documentation, with clear evidence of individual ownership, design judgement and contribution to outcomes.
  • Advanced working proficiency in Figma and FigJam, with strong practical capability in Adobe Creative Cloud and PowerPoint. Experience with Miro, Mural, Mentimeter or comparable collaboration tools is desirable.
  • Strong practical grounding in design thinking, human-centred design, customer experience or service design. Working knowledge of MG Taylor or a comparable collaborative methodology is highly desirable; candidates with strong transferable experience and the ability to complete the required methodology development pathway may also be considered.
  • Confidence using generative AI and AI-assisted design or productivity tools responsibly, supported by strong research, benchmarking, synthesis, visual judgement, information-design capability and attention to detail.
  • A collaborative and service-oriented mindset, structured problem-solving ability, intellectual curiosity and cross-industry awareness. Able to manage multiple priorities, communicate confidently with clients and senior stakeholders, take ownership of quality and deadlines, and support the development of more junior team members.
  • Professional fluency in spoken and written English and Arabic, including the ability to develop, present and quality-check client-facing materials in both languages. No travel is required, although occasional early starts or evening delivery may be needed for live engagements.
